Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a brain-body, neuroexperiential therapy that helps identify, process, and release unresolved experiences and symptoms held within the brain and body. Developed by David Grand, Brainspotting uses the connection between eye position, the brain, and the body to access deeper areas of the brain involved in processing experiences that may be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone.
Brainspotting is appropriate for children, adolescents, and adults and can be adapted to address a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, grief, chronic stress, and performance-related challenges. Tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals, it supports healing, resilience, and improved emotional and physiological well-being through a brain-body approach.
