We are committed to providing high-quality, specialized care with transparent pricing. Our fees reflect the professional time and services provided. Payment is due in full at the beginning of each session, and receipts are issued to support reimbursement through eligible insurance plans. Please note that direct billing is not available.

Fees apply equally to all counselling services, including therapeutic interventions. A free 15-minute discovery session is available to understand more about our services and to determine if we would be a good fit for you.
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) require an initial 25-minute online consultation. Additional online support may be recommended based on your individual needs and may result in additional fees.
